Zusammenfassung

SCOR is seeking a Quant DevOps Engineer to own the application platform, cloud infrastructure, and data execution environment for large-scale workloads. You will ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, security, performance and cost efficiency in a data-heavy, cloud-first setup in Zurich.

The role interfaces with IT operations, security, and data teams, with senior ownership and on-call responsibilities, driving improvements through automation and IaC using Terraform and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Insurance, Finance, or HPC environments.
• Strong experience in platform or DevOps engineering in production environments.
• Solid expertise in cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end platform and production model runs (Databricks, Servers).
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure: VMs, storage, RBAC, networking.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling.
• Container image creation, lifecycle, and governance.
