PwC Switzerland - Legal is seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst in Switzerland. The role focuses on translating business and legal requirements into functional specs and hands-on CLM configuration, working with Legal, Procurement and other stakeholders.

You will design CLM processes, data structures and approval flows, support data migration, testing, UAT and change management, and coordinate between business teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Several years of CLM implementation experience.
• Experience with at least one leading CLM platform.
• Hands-on configuration experience within a CLM platform.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support requirements-gathering workshops with Legal, Procurement and stakeholders.
• Analyze contract management processes, pain points and requirements.
• Translate business and legal requirements into functional/technical specs for the CLM solution.
• Design future-state CLM workflows, approval structures and data models.
• Support hands-on CLM configuration including templates, metadata, workflows, roles, notifications, dashboards.
