Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland seeks a proactive Business Analyst to strengthen the CPS Platform team. You will bridge business and IT, translating requirements for our CRM (deal pipeline, fundraising and investor management) and our product management system, driving end-to-end delivery of projects and enhancements.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, CRM and data management, with strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate across IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on or consulting experience in business analysis, CRM, data management or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Experience with CRM systems, data quality and master data management is a plus.
• Basic SQL and/or Power BI skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of private markets, investor management and AML/KYC is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, backlog management and UAT coordination (Azure DevOps or Jira) is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and analyze business requirements for CPS platform.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Support CRM evolution, data quality, and master data management.
• Document interfaces and data flows between connected systems.
• Maintain product backlog and coordinate testing (UAT, regression).
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist in onboarding and AML/KYC platform projects.
• Promote adoption and provide user documentation and training.
