Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to coordinate the Capacity Development Modernisation (CDM) project within the Financial Stability Institute. The role focuses on managing requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering interactive e-learning initiatives in a global, flexible environment.

The position supports AI-enabled content and platform interoperability, with hybrid work options and relocation support for the successful candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree would be an asset.
• Experience with learning-management systems, digital learning, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects from feasibility to implementation and transition to business as usual.
• Ability to elicit requirements and document business operations and test acceptance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead CDM project coordination and manage requirements with subject matter experts.
• Act as liaison between FSI, SP MO, vendors, and external partners to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, and governance papers; monitor budget and variances.
• Coordinate procurement, invoicing, and contract management with suppliers and partners.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to deliver insights for decision making.
