Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva seeks an Officer for Business Process Optimization & Operations (GL C). You will drive cross-functional improvement across grant lifecycle processes, working with Finance, Legal and IT to redesign processes and implement system solutions.

Key responsibilities include project management, process diagnostics, design docs, and user acceptance testing, with a strong emphasis on change management and data quality.

Qualifications

• Essential: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or related field.
• Desirable: Advanced degree or equivalent in project/change management or business improvement.
• Experience: Proficient in analyzing processes, redesigning workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project plans with defined deliverables and owners.
• Diagnose processes and collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design business processes, BRDs and data flows.
• Coordinate with IT on design, data migration and UAT.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption of changes.
• Manage ongoing process governance and performance metrics.
