Zusammenfassung

The Global Fund is seeking an Officer, Business Process Optimization & Operations to contribute to robust grant lifecycle processes. You will lead project plans, diagnose pain points, document BRDs, and coordinate system changes with IT and functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key duties include end-to-end process thinking, change management, data quality assurance and UAT leadership. Fluency in English and French is preferred; knowledge of Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifikationen

• Essential: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or equivalent.
• Experience in business process analysis/optimization, project/change management, cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Substantively contribute to well-defined project plans with owners and deadlines.
• Analyze tickets, process data, surveys and feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with IT and functional teams on design, data migration and BRDs.
• Lead UAT design and execution to ensure quality releases.
• Develop change management materials to drive user adoption.
