Zusammenfassung

The Global Fund is seeking an Operations Officer in Investment Oversight to support funding requests, grant-making and portfolio optimization. The role emphasizes compliance, quality assurance and guiding applicants through complex processes within a high-paced TRP and GAC review cycle.

Reporting to the Specialist, Design, Optimization and Operations Management, you will work across multiple streams, ensuring timely documentation, stakeholder coordination and rigorous governance.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, health, international/public affairs, economics, investment management or other relevant discipline
• Advanced university degree or qualification in global development, governance, international relations/politics or public policy or investment/portfolio management or related field
• Experience in grant-making processes and stakeholder communication is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Funding request & Grant-making design, compliance and quality assurance
• Maintain and update guidelines for TRP and GAC related to Portfolio Optimization and CCM eligibility
• Develop guidance materials for applicants and partners, including templates and Modular Frameworks
• Coordinate end-to-end planning of funding request and grant review cycles and meetings
• Prepare and coordinate review materials for TRP and GAC and ensure timely documentation
• Support portfolio optimization delivery and launch of each PO wave
