Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva seeks an Officer, Business Process Optimization & Operations (GL C) for a temporary assignment through December 2027. You will drive process redesign, system design, and change management across the grant lifecycle, partnering with Finance, Legal, MECA, and IT.

The role emphasizes project management, data quality, documentation, BRDs, UAT, and embedding improvements into daily operations, with a focus on automation and AI opportunities.

Qualifications

Essential: university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or related area.
Desirable: advanced degree or project/change management experience.
Experience: 2–4 years in business process analysis/optimization, project/change management.

Responsibilities

Substantively contribute to well-defined project plans with owners and deadlines.
Document decisions, follow up on open points and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to redesign grant life-cycle processes.
Lead BRD development and end-to-end process thinking for alignment and downstream impacts.
Coordinate data quality and reporting requirements with OE teams.
