Job summary

The Global Fund seeks an Operations Officer to support Funding Request, Grant-Making and Portfolio Optimization across the Investment Oversight team. You will ensure high standards of precision, compliance and timely guidance for applicants and partners, while coordinating multiple workstreams within TRP and GAC cycles.

Ideally you have a university degree and strong experience in grant-making processes, stakeholder communications and policy development, with a proven ability to deliver under

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Experience with governance, policies or manuals.
• Experience drafting time-sensitive documents for senior decision-makers.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end funding request and grant review cycles, including TRP and GAC meetings.
• Develop and maintain guidance materials and templates for applicants and partners.
• Contribute to portfolio optimization design and governance processes.
• Prepare and coordinate inputs for TRP review, GAC deliberations, and Board inquiries.
• Track and report on KPI deadlines and investment case analyses.
