CTC Resourcing Solutions partners with a global market leader in biopharma to recruit a Senior Engineering and Maintenance Expert Ibex Readiness on a 6-month contract. You will lead capital investment projects for state-of-the-art biopharma facilities and act as Engineering and Maintenance Expert Lead, delivering input for engineering, qualification, and maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation engineering.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership with a track record of high performance and aligning team priorities with business goals.
• Experience leading complex engineering and maintenance initiatives in a biopharma manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to act as a technical expert across engineering, maintenance, business and financial processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering and maintenance initiatives for biopharma facilities, supporting feasibility studies and basic design.
• Serve as interface between investment engineering and operations for alignment.
• Provide input for engineering and qualification tools for construction and qualification.
• Implement maintenance strategies focused on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations Heads to define operations organization and headcount ramp-up.
• Drive innovation and cost-efficient improvements in facility design and maintenance.
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support GMP and Safety risk assessments and risk analysis processes.
• Guide future production and project teams on plant engineering and utilities.
• Represent the area on the Plant Engineering Leadership Team.
