Panda International is seeking a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager to drive engineering input for Ibex biopharma facilities in Visp, Switzerland. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, utilities, and project delivery, acting as a future Head of Plant Engineering during early phases.

You will collaborate with investment-engineering, Global Engineering, contractors, and Operations to ensure qualification, construction, commissioning, and eventual operation

Qualifikationen

• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation engineering.
• Proven experience in engineering and maintenance within a biopharma manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex engineering and maintenance initiatives through construction, commissioning, and qualification.
• Strong expertise in plant engineering, maintenance, and utilities.
