Zusammenfassung

GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking a Senior Manager Maintenance Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance activities within major CAPEX projects for new biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, from early engineering through qualification and readiness for operations.

You will act as a key interface between Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and external contractors, ensuring maintenance strategies and GMP/safety considerations are integrated from the outset.

Qualifikationen

• Led complex Engineering and Maintenance activities within biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CAPEX projects from feasibility to qualification.
• Strong understanding of plant engineering and maintenance integration into major projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, contractors and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Represent Plant Engineering & Maintenance through feasibility, conceptual and basic design phases of major capital projects.
• Provide input for engineering, construction, commissioning and qualification of new biopharmaceutical facilities.
• Define and implement maintenance strategies, standards and concepts.
• Contribute to equipment standardization, engineering standards, utilities, and qualification approaches.
• Support GMP and Safety risk assessments and promote knowledge sharing.
