Recrutis is supporting a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Valais, Switzerland, searching for a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Expert to lead construction and commissioning of new facilities. The role is positioned as future Head of Plant Engineering for the facilities.

The position requires coordination of feasibility, basic design, and qualification, with a focus on maintenance strategy, utilities input, and GMP risk management within a plant engineering leadership context.

Qualifikationen

• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation engineering.
• Proven lead experience in GMP biopharma maintenance.
• Hands-on capital investment project experience through design to qualification.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with clean and utilities in biopharma facilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering and maintenance from feasibility through qualification.
• Interface between investment engineering and operations.
• Deliver input for construction, commissioning, and qualification.
• Develop cost-efficient preventive and predictive maintenance strategy.
• Contribute to GMP and safety risk assessments as part of Plant Engineering Leadership Team.
