Jet Aviation AG, based in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a senior Bid Manager within its Government Programs Capture Management organization. You will lead complex bid processes from opportunity through execution and collaborate with Sales and other departments to turn strategic opportunities into successful outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace/defense, strong project/bid management experience, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead tenders and bid initiatives from opportunity to execution.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies with Capture Management and Sales.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Manage bid timelines, budgets, quotations, reporting and documentation.
• Support risk assessments, financial modelling, scenario analysis and deal approvals.
• Lead customer and partner discussions and negotiations.
• Prepare concise executive briefs and decision materials for senior management.
• Support the transition from successful bids to program implementation.
• Leverage market and competitive intelligence to strengthen bids and business development.
• Continuously improve capture and bidding processes.
