BlackTide Partners in Zürich is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to lead requirement elicitation and model business processes with BPMN. The role bridges business, IT, and external software providers on critical AML onboarding initiatives.

The position focuses on AML-related onboarding requirements, screenings against sanctions/PEP lists, and maintaining customer master data, with a governance and reporting framework to visualize key metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within the financial sector essential.
• Proven track record in agile project environments, particularly with technical implementation teams essential.
• Professional certification as a Requirements Engineer and/or Business Analyst essential.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with confident, persuasive communication essential.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery & corruption essential.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business units to identify and define requirements.
• Analyze current processes and support the development of potential solutions.
• Plan, lead, and document workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Model, validate, and document business processes in the process portal using BPMN.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external software providers.
• Focus on AML-related onboarding requirements, including screenings against external lists and updating customer master data.
• Establish a reporting framework to track AML metrics.
