Job summary

ProfilHQ in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks an experienced business engineer or business analyst focusing on banking operations such as accounts and cards, trade finance, or anti-money-laundering. You translate business requirements into specifications, support implementation and verify results.

You will gather requirements, create features and stories, design solutions with domain architects, document with UML and BPMN, and run end-to-end tests.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Minimum five years in business engineering or business analysis.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Experience with SAFe agile processes.
• Experience in test design and structured testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into features and stories.
• Develop the solution design with domain and solution architects; create UML and process diagrams.
• Write test cases and test features in all environments including end-to-end, document acceptance.
• Align requirements with the vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability from regulatory requirements to implementation.
