Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of experience in a KYC, CDD, or AML role within financial services.
• Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements and customer due diligence obligations.
• Understanding of ownership structures, beneficial ownership, and AML risks.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Experience with private and corporate clients.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and conduct client onboarding and ongoing due diligence across private and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams and stakeholders throughout onboarding and review lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain robust KYC and AML processes.
• Perform quality checks of KYC assessments for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify quality gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Stay up to date on AML Swiss regulations and industry developments.
• Review and enhance AML policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
