Zusammenfassung

Forty2 is seeking an experienced Senior Avaloq Business Analyst to join our Geneva and Luxembourg teams. You will bridge business stakeholders with technology, translating complex requirements into functional specifications for the Avaloq Banking Suite.

You will analyse processes and data, define implementation-ready requirements, and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including workshops, deployments and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Avaloq environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Mandatory Avaloq ACP Certification.
• Excellent understanding of banking products and processes.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• Experience writing functional specifications and development requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is desirable.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and implementation-ready development tickets.
• Define and document functional solution designs.
• Analyse impacts across processes, systems and data models.
• Support and guide development teams throughout implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, testers and project managers.
• Support SIT, UAT and production deployments.
• Ensure solutions delivered meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous development of Forty2's Avaloq expertise.
