Zusammenfassung

Forty2 is seeking an experienced Senior Avaloq Business Analyst to join our Geneva and Luxembourg teams. You will bridge business stakeholders with technology, translating complex requirements into functional specifications for the Avaloq Banking Suite.

You will analyse processes and data, define implementation-ready requirements, and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including workshops, deployments and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Avaloq environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Mandatory Avaloq ACP Certification.
• Excellent understanding of banking products and processes.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• Experience writing functional specifications and development requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is desirable.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Senior Avaloq Business Analysts to join our expanding teams in Geneva, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping organisations translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions delivered within the Avaloq Banking Suite.

We are looking for professionals capable of understanding business challenges, analysing processes and data, and structuring implementation-ready requirements for development teams. You will play a key role in defining solutions, producing detailed functional specifications and supporting delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of the Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Mandatory Avaloq ACP Certification.
• Excellent understanding of banking products and processes.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications and development requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.

Additional Expertise We Are Particularly Interested In

For some of our assignments, we are especially interested in candidates who bring expertise in regulatory reporting (WKFS) and data analysis.

The ideal profile would possess:

• Strong expertise in the Avaloq data model.
• Deep understanding of Avaloq extraction and reporting mechanisms.
• Experience analysing data from its source within Avaloq through to regulatory reporting solutions such as WKFS.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
• Ability to define mappings, business rules and functional specifications supporting regulatory reporting implementations.
• Experience with WKFS is highly valued but less important than deep Avaloq expertise.
