Qim info is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Avaloq expertise to join a strategic banking transformation program. You will bridge business and IT, contributing to analysis, design, implementation and support of Avaloq-based solutions within a regulated environment.

The role involves gathering and translating complex requirements, leading functional testing, and coordinating with international teams to ensure delivery against high standards and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within an Avaloq environment.
• Strong expertise in Avaloq, including reporting and credit-related functionalities.
• Solid understanding of private banking and wealth management processes.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, analysis, documentation and validation.
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders and complex topics.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyse and challenge business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications aligned with Avaloq standards.
• Lead the design and evolution of Avaloq-based solutions ensuring architecture alignment.
• Define functional test scenarios and validate delivered solutions.
• Act as the functional interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support FAT, UAT and change management initiatives.
