Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in banking.
• Hands-on experience with the Avaloq platform, ideally with certification.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments and Financial Products.
• Proficient in business analysis, requirements management and functional design.
• Solid SQL, database and scripting/programming skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and English at B2 level or higher.

AVALOQ Developer / Technical Business Analyst with the ability to drive high-value initiatives and contribute to the success of a leading international financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Produce clear and detailed functional specifications and ensure their proper understanding by technical teams.
• Contribute to the integration, enhancement, and evolution of solutions within the Avaloq platform.
• Design, execute, and coordinate functional and integration testing activities.
• Support business users throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Provide Level 3 support and contribute to the resolution of production incidents.
• Analyze existing system architecture and recommend improvements, optimizations, and industrialization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Participate in Agile initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within the banking industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Avaloq platform, ideally supported by an Avaloq certification or several years of practical experience.
• Excellent understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, and Financial Products.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements management, and functional design.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, database technologies, and scripting/programming.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent French and English at B2 level or above.
