Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in banking.
• Hands-on experience with the Avaloq platform, ideally with certification.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments and Financial Products.
• Proficient in business analysis, requirements management and functional design.
• Solid SQL, database and scripting/programming skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and English at B2 level or higher.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements with stakeholders.
• Produce clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Contribute to integration, enhancement and evolution of Avaloq solutions.
• Design, execute and coordinate functional and integration testing.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Level 3 support and help resolve production incidents.
• Analyze existing system architecture and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure project delivery.
• Participate in Agile initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
