Qualifikationen
- Degree or higher in a technical field related to automation or IT.
- 5+ years in industrial automation or IT in GMP pharma environments.
- Exposure to fill and finish operations is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset and structured problem solving.
Aufgaben
- Develop and support the site's automation strategy.
- Manage pipelines, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and lifecycle planning.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for automation hardware.
- Maintain OT IT infrastructure including Windows servers and network security.
- oversee automation systems for fill/finish operations and utilities.
- Ensure cGMP, Data Integrity, and CSV compliance.
- Draft documentation, change control, and support validation activities.
- Maintain disaster recovery tests for critical equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and maintenance teams.
- Manage vendor SLAs and spare parts; provide on-call support.
