ten23 health is seeking a Senior Automation & OT Engineer to lead our automation strategy and ensure reliable, compliant operations on the shop floor. You will balance hands-on PLC/SCADA troubleshooting with GMP‑compliant change management and validation activities.

You will drive end-to-end system lifecycle, cyber hygiene, and collaboration with manufacturing, QA, and maintenance teams to keep critical equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial automation or IT experience within a GMP Pharma environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in automation hardware (PLC & SCADA), HMI/SCADA configuration, Windows Server administration, and OT cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for on-site shop floor communication.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop and support the site's overall automation strategy, manage project pipelines, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX tasks, and lifecycle planning.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for automation hardware (HMIs, PLCs) and administer underlying IT infrastructure where applicable.
• Oversee automation systems for fill/finish operations including lines, isolators, freeze dryers, autoclaves, and utilities.
• Ensure strict cGMP, Data Integrity, and CSV compliance; draft and update documentation; execute change control and support validation.
• Maintain backup/restore and disaster recovery procedures to ensure uptime and validated equipment state.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA and maintenance teams; manage vendor SLAs and spare parts; provide on-call support.
