Zusammenfassung

CLEEVEN in Basel is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, program, test and commission industrial automation systems in highly regulated environments. You will work with Siemens or Rockwell PLCs, develop SCADA/HMI solutions and contribute to documentation.

You will participate in FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ, ensure GMP/GAMP5 compliance, support production teams, and stay current with PLC/SCADA/IIoT trends for pharma applications.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial IT (HES/EPF or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of PLC/SCADA programming in an industrial environment, pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens or Rockwell automation platforms.
• Solid experience with SCADA systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition or equivalents).
• Good understanding of GMP / GAMP 5 practices.
• Familiarity with equipment qualification and validation processes (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ).
• Professional English; German or French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, program, test and commission industrial automation systems in regulated environments.
• Program, configure and modify PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley).
• Develop, implement and maintain SCADA/HMI supervision systems.
• Draft and review functional and technical documentation (URS, FDS, SDS, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ)
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification phases (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure GMP, GAMP5 compliance, data integrity (ALCOA+) and OT cybersecurity requirements.
• Monitor developments in PLC, SCADA and IIoT for pharma industry.

• Development, implementation and maintenance of SCADA / HMI supervision systems
• Drafting and reviewing functional and technical documentation (URS, FDS, SDS, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ protocols)
• Participation in FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification phases (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Providing Level 2/3 technical support to production and maintenance teams
• Ensuring strict compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, data integrity principles (ALCOA+) and OT cybersecurity requirements
• Monitoring technological developments in PLC, SCADA and IIoT solutions within the pharmaceutical industry

Desired profile
