Enterprise Bot in Zurich is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with business insight, supporting sales and customer success to deliver AI automation solutions. You will design architectures, run POCs and demos, and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
Native German/Swiss-German and strong English are required, with experience in B2B SaaS and cloud platforms.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years at senior level.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments.
- Experience with voice technologies (ACD and IVR) is a must.
- Native German/Swiss-German with strong English; able to engage across technical and business stakeholders.
Aufgaben
- Lead Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: design tailored AI automation solutions with the Sales team.
- Translate requirements into scalable architectures and integration plans with Engineering.
- Provide technical validation and support during critical sales cycles and pilots.
- Represent Enterprise Bot at events and ensure customer success through proactive engagement.
