Frontiers is hiring a senior engineer for FrontiersOS, a full‑stack platform that integrates LLM routing, agent frameworks, data systems, and evaluation, enabling agentic work across editorial and operations. You will design and build end‑to‑end capabilities across backend, frontend, model orchestration, and evaluation.

The role demands 6+ years of engineering experience, production AI/LLM delivery, and clear cross‑functional communication.

• 6+ years of engineering experience, including 1-2 years of proven production AI/LLM delivery.
• Strong system design and architecture skills with simple, well-structured code.
• Systems thinking about ripple effects across agents, workflows, and consumers.
• Strong AI fluency: hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, AI coding tools.
• Experience with evaluation methodologies for AI/agentic systems.
• Ability to own ambiguous, cross‑cutting problems and set technical direction.
• Proficient cross‑department communicator for technical concepts.
• Curious AI-native builder with demonstrable portfolio or side projects.
• Fast learner of new business domains with editorial/workflow fluency.
• Strong stakeholder management translating trade-offs for multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and operate FrontiersOS end to end — architecture, backend, frontend, model orchestration, evals, and surfaces.
• Build for self-service: editors, analysts, and marketers assemble agents, skills, and automations with no engineering queue.
• Architect for reliability and scale across critical production workflows.
• Build auditing and evaluation layers for agents and other agentic systems.
• Use AI-assisted development as a default, while ensuring deep reviews for generated code.
• Take full accountability for shipped work, including agent-generated outputs.
