Zusammenfassung

Prospera AI is hiring an AI/Backend Engineer to own and evolve the Sophie platform’s orchestration pipeline. You’ll be first engineering hire, reporting to the CTO, turning a working prototype into a scalable, enterprise-ready system with high impact and autonomy.

You’ll design and optimize the multi-agent system, implement RAG components, build robust APIs, and establish testing and documentation practices while collaborating with the CTO and future team members.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years production Python experience (async patterns, type hints).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows.
• Production API development experience (FastAPI or similar).
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.

• Own the AI pipeline and multi-agent orchestration system.
• Build RAG systems with vector databases and embeddings.
• Develop production APIs connecting AI capabilities to frontend.
• Establish code review practices and document architecture decisions.
