Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience architecting and shipping production software with AI/LLM-powered products.
• Direct experience with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong backend, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure experience.

Aufgaben

• Set architecture and direction across core agent infrastructure and tooling.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple priority initiatives.
• Architect and build production AI agent systems on top of LLM APIs, agent SDKs and orchestration infra.
• Design observability and evaluation pipelines for regression detection and quality.
• Drive cross-cutting design reviews to keep systems coherent as initiatives run in parallel.
