Zusammenfassung

Mistral AI is seeking an AI Scientist to push the boundaries of large language models and scalable AI systems. You will design, build, and deploy models that solve real-world problems across reasoning, code, and multimodal applications, collaborating with a global cross functional team to deliver impactful AI solutions.

You will work on training, evaluation, and deployment, navigating the full MLOps stack, and contribute to a growing, open, and production-ready AI ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) or distributed systems (Ray, Kubernetes).
• Ability to design complex software and deploy to production.
• Self-starting, autonomous with strong teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Research and develop novel methods to push the frontier of large language models.
• Work across use cases (reasoning, code, agents) and modalities (text, image, speech).
• Build tooling and infrastructure for training, evaluation and analysis at scale.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers and product teams to ship AI systems with real-world impact.
