Eraneos in Switzerland seeks an experienced AI engineer to drive end-to-end GenAI initiatives, from rapid prototyping to deployment in scalable production systems.

You will implement robust Python backends, integrate state-of-the-art LLMs, and design autonomous agents with tool calls and memory management, while upholding clean architecture and CI/CD practices. You will engage clients through workshops to translate AI concepts into real business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent Python Skills (Production-Ready): API development (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic), containerization, testing (unit and integration), as well as Git and CI/CD - beyond notebook scripting.
• Strong Architectural Understanding: Clean Architecture, DI, async patterns; ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
• Advanced GenAI Engineering: Prompt engineering, JSON outputs, tool calling.

• Drive AI solutions end-to-end across lifecycle: prototyping to production deployment.
• Build robust Python backends integrating state-of-the-art LLMs under production load.
• Design autonomous agent systems with tool calls and memory management.
