Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer based in Switzerland to architect an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.

You will design scalable AI systems with LLMs, retrieval, multi-agent workflows, and reusable components, hands-on with Claude, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, vector databases, and MCP, while providing technical leadership and ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering/AI/ML with senior responsibilities.
• Proven production experience with LLM-based applications.
• Advanced Python development for backend systems.
• Experience integrating Claude API into real-world AI apps.
• Strong LangGraph/LangChain orchestration experience.
• Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Advanced prompt-engineering for reliability and accuracy.
• Experience with FastAPI and API design.
• Security, governance, and enterprise data handling.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and development of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform.
• Design modular AI components and agents using multi-node architecture.
• Build production-grade LLM applications with Claude APIs, LangGraph, LangChain.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for enterprise use.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation with vector databases.
• Develop prompt-engineering strategies for reliability and performance.
• Establish AI security and governance practices.
