You will build collaboration systems with specialised agents, ensure traceable AI decisions, and drive high-quality, testable code with CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.

The role requires deep Python expertise, hands-on AI orchestration experience, and a strong background in data engineering and full-stack development.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience and a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Biomedical Informatics.
• 8+ years delivering AI/ML solutions with 3+ years in full-stack software and data engineering.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with global stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy sophisticated agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to automate complex clinical data management tasks.
• Build collaboration systems where specialised agents resolve end-to-end data challenges through tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, and Reflection) for high-fidelity outputs in clinical contexts.
• Deploy AI agents into AWS while building scalable applications that capture, move, and prepare scientific data.
• Partner with Data Integrity and Quality teams to ensure traceable, reproducible, and regulatory-compliant agentic decisions.
• Create reliable 'Human-in-the-loop' workflows and tool-calling agents to solve highly regulated data challenges.
