Work Selection AG is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist for a 12‑month assignment with Roche in Basel. You will design agentic workflows, deploy AI agents in AWS, and ensure regulatory compliance across data tasks.

Requires 8+ years in AI/ML solutions plus 3+ years in full‑stack software and data engineering, with strong Python and English fluency. Basel location on site, with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS/ML/Engineering/Bioinformatics.
• 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions; 8+ years total in AI/ML plus 3+ years in full‑stack software and data engineering.
• Deep proficiency in Python and hands‑on with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.
• Fluent in English; strong communication for global stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy agentic workflows to automate clinical data tasks.
• Build collaboration systems with specialised agents and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply prompt engineering (Chain‑of‑Thought, ReAct, Reflection) for high fidelity outputs.
• Deploy AI agents in AWS and build scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure traceability and regulatory compliance with Data Integrity teams.
• Create HITL workflows and tool‑calling agents for complex data challenges.
