Job summary

qiibee is seeking an SDR to drive growth by identifying the right SMBs in the DACH region and turning interest into qualified opportunities. You’ll research prospects, craft targeted outreach, and hand leads to Account Managers for closure.

You’ll work with an international team, report to the Head of Partnerships, and use CRM and AI tools to improve targeting, messaging, and meeting bookings. Remote with CET hours.

Qualifications

• Two+ years SDR/BDR experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing or B2B SaaS.
• Track record of generating qualified opportunities through outbound activity.
• Fluent German and English with strong writing and phone skills.
• Ability to research a business and turn findings into a relevant opening.
• Experience using a CRM and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Find the right fit by identifying decision-makers with a credible use case.
• Make outreach relevant by connecting learnings to a commercial reason.
• Start conversations via calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify with curiosity about needs and decision context.
• Book meetings with clear expectations and context for AMs.
• Follow through on objections and re-engage promising prospects.
