qiibee is seeking an Account Manager to turn qualified leads into signed partnerships. You will own the sales process from discovery to close, selling to SMEs in a loyalty/CRM/marketing context while collaborating with an international team and reporting to the Head of Partnerships — all within CET business hours and from a remote setting.

You bring at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, fluency in German and English, and a proven ability to own deals end-to-end.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling in loyalty/CRM/Marketing spaces.
• Ownership of deals from discovery to signed agreement.
• Fluency in German and English with strong presentation skills.
• CRM discipline and comfort using AI tools daily.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and qualify opportunities.
• Demonstrate loyalty use cases in commercial terms.
• Own the close: presentations, proposals, negotiations, and agreement.
• Keep deals moving with clear next steps and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and build data-driven forecasts.
• Collaborate with an international team and Sales leadership.
