Job summary

Qiibee is recruiting an Account Manager to drive revenue from SMEs in a remote CET-hour setting. You will own the sales cycle from discovery to close, tailoring loyalty use cases to clients’ economics and managing pipelines with HubSpot. Fluent German and English, with CRM discipline and AI tool usage, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in loyalty/CRM/marketing.
• Ownership of deals from discovery through signed contracts.
• Experience selling to SMEs with multiple opportunities.
• Ability to explain loyalty in commercial terms and tie to economics.
• Fluent in German and English with strong presentation skills.
• CRM discipline and practical use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery that moves opportunities forward.
• Show how loyalty solutions meet business goals in proposals.
• Own the close: presentations, negotiations and terms.
• Keep deals moving with clear next steps and stakeholder involvement.
• Manage pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for a strong handover.
• Leverage AI tools to research, prepare, and follow up.
