Job summary

Conexus is seeking an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to drive user adoption and capability building during a major transformation in Zurich, Switzerland. The role focuses on designing end-to-end learning strategies across Sales, SAP SD/OTC, logistics and supply chain to enable seamless operating changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Training/Change/LD lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong background in training design, delivery and change management.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce enterprise implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP SD and OTC processes.
• Experience with Salesforce lead-to-order processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and change management strategy for transformation initiatives.
• Create training frameworks, learning journeys and adoption plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness activities.
• Design and deliver training materials: ILT, e-learning, guides.
• Lead change initiatives to drive user adoption across functions.
• Coordinate training across multiple workstreams and functions.
• Develop knowledge transfer plans for sustainable capability.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption via KPIs.
