Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Zurich is seeking an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to drive user adoption and capability building across a complex lead-to-order environment. The role focuses on designing and delivering large-scale transformation, stakeholder engagement, learning strategies, and knowledge transfer, coordinating training across Salesforce, SAP SD/OTC, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training and change programmes in large transformations.
• Strong background in training development, delivery and organisational change management.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP SD and OTC business processes.
• Experience guiding Salesforce lead-to-order processes and customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall training and change management strategy for business transformation initiatives.
• Create training frameworks, learning journeys and adoption plans for impacted user communities.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Design and deliver training materials including instructor-led training, workshops, e-learning content, process guides and user documentation.
• Lead organisational change initiatives to drive user engagement and adoption.
• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs and project teams to identify training needs and change requirements.
• Coordinate and manage training delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.
• Develop knowledge transfer plans to ensure sustainable capability within the business.
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption through KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare and post-implementation learning initiatives.
