Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager for a permanent role in Zurich, Switzerland. The role focuses on driving user adoption, capability building and organisational change across a lead-to-order environment, with three days onsite per week.

You will design training strategies, learning journeys and adoption plans, coordinate delivery across functions, and support go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Training Manager / Learning & Development / Change Manager in large-scale transformations.
• Experience designing training materials and adoption plans.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce implementations.
• Understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and OTC processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence users and drive behavioural change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall training and change management strategy for business transformation initiatives.
• Create training frameworks, learning journeys and adoption plans for impacted user communities.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Design and deliver training materials including instructor-led training, workshops, e-learning content, process guides and user documentation.
• Lead organisational change initiatives to drive user engagement and adoption.
• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs and project teams to identify training needs and change requirements.
• Coordinate and manage training delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.
• Develop knowledge transfer plans to ensure sustainable capability within the business.
• Measure training effectiveness and user adoption through KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare and post-implementation learning initiatives.
