Zusammenfassung

Conexus is supporting a major transformation programme in Zurich to hire a SAP Training Manager who will lead the training strategy and delivery for the SAP SD/OTC workstream within a large rollout. The role requires extensive experience in end-user training, LMS, and change initiatives.

The position is a 12-month contract with hybrid on-site work (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on-site) and ASAP start. Zurich-based candidates preferred.

Qualifikationen

Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on large SAP transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM environments.
Background in end-user training, learning management, and organisational change initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing training delivery across multiple business functions.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute the overall SAP training strategy for the programme.
Lead training planning, stakeholder engagement, and learning adoption activities.
Design and manage end-user training programmes across business functions.
Coordinate training materials, delivery schedules, and communication plans.
Work closely with business process owners, change management teams, and project stakeholders.
Ensure successful user readiness and adoption ahead of key project milestones.
Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
