Employment Type: Permanent
We are supporting a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to drive user adoption, capability building and organisational change across a complex lead-to-order environment. This is not a role for an SAP functional consultant who has delivered occasional end-user training. We are seeking a genuine Training and Change professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale business transformation, stakeholder engagement, learning strategies and knowledge transfer programmes. A key part of this role will involve supporting business processes spanning Salesforce, SAP SD/Order-to-Cash, logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring end-users are equipped to operate effectively within the new target environment.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated Training and Change professional who understands how to successfully drive user adoption during business transformation. They will combine strong learning and development expertise with a practical understanding of Salesforce, SAP SD/OTC processes and wider operational business processes. This role would suit someone who has led training and change programmes across complex, cross-functional environments and can confidently engage stakeholders from end-users through to senior leadership.
