You will design end-user training, manage delivery across on-site and remote teams, and collaborate with SAP SD/OTC experts and Salesforce CRM stakeholders to maximise adoption. Start ASAP.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on large SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD / OTC processes.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM environments.
• Background in end-user training, learning management, and organisational change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing training delivery across multiple business functions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the overall SAP training strategy for the programme.
• Lead training planning, stakeholder engagement, and learning adoption activities.
• Design and manage end-user training programmes across business functions.
• Coordinate training materials, delivery schedules, and communication plans.
• Work closely with business process owners, change management teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure successful user readiness and adoption ahead of key project milestones.
