Mascoma Bank seeks a Salesforce Director to lead the Salesforce platform within the Product team. This hybrid leadership role combines strategy, technical execution, and people leadership to deliver high-value solutions for customers and employees.

You will own the architecture, mentor a growing team, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into actionable plans and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical lead or people leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, and governor limits.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce vision, roadmap, and priorities with Product leadership.
• Translate business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and success measurements.
• Own Salesforce architecture and DevOps practices.
• Mentor administrators and developers.
