Who is Hiring in Zürich is seeking a senior Business Analyst specializing in Sales Master Data and CRM. You will analyze master data landscapes, map sales processes, and shape target images for customer and contract management within a banking-like environment.

Collaborating with sales, IT and other stakeholders, you will develop business cases, coordinate tenders and proof-of-concepts, and bring market perspectives on trends and best practices in customer management.

Qualifications

In-depth understanding of sales processes and master data management in banking or similar industries.
Experience with UML modelling and BPMN for process design and documentation.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
Experience with agile tools such as Jira or Confluence; fluent in German is essential.

Responsabilités

Analyze and document existing sales master data landscape, processes and system architecture.
Derive target images and processes for customer and contract management and reference data.
Collaborate with sales, IT and other stakeholders to align requirements and roadmaps.
Develop business cases, effort estimates and risk analyses for decision makers.
Support tendering, proof-of-concepts and implementation of sustainable solutions.
Moderate workshops and present results to management; monitor market trends in customer management.
