• Responsible for your assigned market within the Luxury Consortia segment and accountable for achieving the defined KPIs
• Acquire new clients and conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel tours that bring our property to life and create memorable experiences
• Plan and accompany Fam Trips, client events, trade fairs, and roadshows, domestically and internationally
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations with a strong attention to detail and a professional, polished style
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and derive concrete actions to support sales planning
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Events, and Operations to ensure that every confirmed booking translates into a seamless guest experience

• You are responsible for your assigned market within the Luxury Consortia segment and accountable for achieving the defined KPIs

• Your fluent German and English language skills enable you to communicate effectively with both international and local clients Additional languages are a plus
• You are willing to travel for trade fairs, roadshows, and client visits
