We are looking for a sales professional with experience in international freight forwarding to develop and consolidate the client portfolio in the Switzerland-Italy-Europe cross-border area.
The position is within the sales department at the Chiasso headquarters, reporting directly to the Sales Director. The role involves developing new business relationships and managing existing clients, with a particular focus on Switzerland-Italy transport corridors and integrated customs operations. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic, multilingual environment, interacting daily with clients, operational partners and internal departments (operations, customs, logistics).

Identify and acquire new clients in the international freight segment, with particular focus on CH-IT cross-border traffic and European corridors.

Consolidate relationships with existing clients, monitoring volumes, margins and service levels to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.

Analyse client needs and propose customised transport and logistics solutions, including customs services, warehousing and distribution.

Collaborate with operations, customs and logistics departments to ensure flawless execution of sold services and timely resolution of any issues.

Prepare periodic reports on commercial performance, analyse market trends and contribute to defining the company's commercial strategy.
