Job summary

Fusalp is seeking a customer-focused sales associate for our Zermatt boutique for the winter season. You will welcome an international clientele, advise with professionalism and build lasting client relationships while contributing to daily operations and boutique performance. This 80% seasonal role offers CHF 3,800 per month plus a bonus.

English is required, German is a plus. You will handle stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash, and deepen your knowledge of our premium ski

This role strengthens our Zermatt boutique for the winter season. We are looking for someone who can create strong client relationships while contributing consistently to commercial performance.

Welcome and advise an international clientele with professionalism, authenticity and attention to detail.

Create personalised experiences and build lasting client relationships through clienteling.

Contribute actively to sales targets, KPIs and boutique performance.

Develop strong knowledge of our collections and confidently share the Fusalp story and technical expertise.

Maintain high visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.

Contribute to daily operations, including stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash handling.

Must-have

• A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.
• English is required.
• A genuine interest in selling, clienteling and commercial performance.
• Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on attitude.
• Availability for an 80% seasonal contract and a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Nice-to-have

• German is highly appreciated.
• Any additional language.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
