Job summary

Walltopia, the world leader in climbing wall design, is seeking passionate Sales Agents based in the Czech Republic. You will represent our full range of products and meet gym owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to grow Walltopia’s presence.

You’ll negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers. This role requires local presence and Czech language, plus English for HQ coordination; travel across the country is expected.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Czech Republic and be a native Czech speaker.
• Good command of English for coordination with HQ.
• Sales experience, especially in climbing or sports, is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Czech Republic to meet clients.

• Represent Walltopia’s full range of products to clients.
• Meet gym owners and entrepreneurs to plan gym builds.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure mutual benefits.
• Prepare offers and track client interactions through our CRM.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Support marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in the Czech Republic.
• Participate in the annual Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria.

• Local Presence and Language:
  You must already reside in the Czech Republic and be a native speaker of Czech. Good command of English is required for coordination with our HQ team.
• Climbing Insight:
  You live and breathe climbing. You understand its language, its community, and the people who are shaping its future.
• Sales Mindset:
  You’re curious, persistent, and motivated by creating value, not just closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly in climbing or sports, is a big plus.
• Mobility:
  You’ll be traveling across the Czech Republic meeting gym owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, and helping them turn their climbing ideas into thriving spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing Walltopia’s full range of products: climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
• Meeting clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Preparing offers and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Supporting our marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in the Czech Republic.
• Participating in our annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria, where we align visions, share ideas, and climb together.
