Walltopia invites a driven Sales Agent to join its Active Entertainment team in Spain. You will cultivate relationships with park owners, developers, and investors, turning underused spaces into adventure destinations with Walltopia’s Rollglider rides, ropes courses, ninja courses, and more.

Based in Spain, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract and installation, coordinating with HQ via MS Teams, and supporting marketing to boost regional visibility.

Qualifikationen

• Must reside in Spain and be a native Spanish speaker.
• English coordination with HQ required.
• Experience or strong interest in leisure, tourism, or attractions is a plus.
• B2B sales in entertainment, construction, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.

Walltopia, the global leader in adventure attraction design and manufacturing, is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Agent based in Spain to represent our Active Entertainment division.

We already have an established network in Europe and are now expanding our sales presence by partnering with an experienced professional who can build strong relationships within the Spanish leisure, tourism, and attractions industries.

What We’re Looking For

• Local Presence and Language: You must already reside in Spain and be a native Spanish speaker. Good command of English is required for coordination with our HQ team.
• Industry Understanding: You have experience or a strong interest in leisure, tourism, or attractions — working with adventure parks, resorts, family entertainment centers, or amusement destinations. You understand what makes visitors return.
• Sales Mindset: You’re proactive, curious, and motivated by helping clients create exceptional visitor experiences. Experience in B2B sales within the entertainment, construction, or hospitality sectors is a strong advantage.
• Mobility: You’ll travel throughout Spain meeting park owners, developers, and investors — helping them transform underused spaces into vibrant adventure destinations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing Walltopia’s ever-growing products list of Rollglider aerial rides, Ropes Courses, Ninja Courses, Fun Walls, Caves, Playgrounds, Adventure Trails, Slides + Cloud Climb, and more.
• Identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Guiding clients through every project stage — from concept and design to contract and installation.
• Preparing proposals and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
• Coordinating with HQ designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Supporting marketing and event initiatives to strengthen Walltopia’s visibility in your region.
• Participating in the annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria — aligning visions, sharing insights, and experiencing our attractions firsthand.
